Our instructor trainers

Years 2011-2012 were in the spirit of changes within the networking academy program. There is more emphasis placed on quality of instructors training. There are only couple of instructors which are allowed to prepare instructors for Networking Academy Programme. Our instructors were requested to demonstrate practical, theoretical and pedagogical skills to be eligible as Instructor Trainers.

Every of our Instructor Trainers stand in ITQ (Instructor Training Qualification) with overall ovelauation higher then 80% in areas:

• Demonstration of practical knowledge in skills based assessment
• Demonstration of troubleshooting
• Demonstration of pedagogical experience with 2 randomly choosed presentations
• Demonstration of answering questions in Q&A section
• Have valid industry certification
